CANCELLATION POLICY
> Our Policy > * 24-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. > * Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. > Understanding Emergencies > We know that true emergencies happen, and we approach this policy with understanding. The decision to waive the cancellation fee due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance is at the sole discretion of the stylist/management. > 🚫 No-Show Policy > * An appointment is considered a No-Show if you do not arrive for your scheduled service and do not provide any prior notice of cancellation. > * No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment with no prior notice will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost. >> * Clients with a history of No-Shows may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book any future appointments.
